Tell Them When It Ships

RondiLoop collects feedback from your users, turns it into a roadmap that follows GitHub, drafts the changelog from your merged pull requests, and emails everyone who asked once their request ships.

The Challenge

Feedback arrives through email, support messages and DMs. Very little of it turns into a roadmap item, and almost none of it comes back to the person who asked. The step teams skip most often is the last one: telling users that what they wanted is now live.

The tools that exist for this are priced for large teams. Some charge per tracked user, others per board, and the roadmap, the changelog or a custom domain often sit behind a higher plan. Most of them sync a status with an issue tracker and stop there.

The Solution

RondiLoop treats a feature request as one loop from start to finish: collect, plan, build, tell. Feedback from all your products lands in one inbox. Planned work goes on a roadmap, and many requests can point at the same item, so you see how many people asked. From there the work follows GitHub: an issue, a pull request, a release. When the release is out, AI drafts the changelog entry in your users’ language, you review it, and publishing notifies everyone who left their address.

Key Features

  • Widget and hosted page: Users send ideas, bugs and questions in seconds, without an account
  • One inbox for all products: Triage with one key per item: reject, merge or put on the roadmap
  • Roadmap that follows GitHub: Issues from roadmap items, cards move on their own as pull requests open and merge
  • Changelog drafts: Written from merged pull requests for users, not developers; nothing goes out without your review
  • Closing the loop: Publishing an entry emails everyone who asked for what shipped
  • Public roadmap and changelog: Per project, off by default, with RSS and no cookies
  • Custom domains: Every project on its own domain with automatic TLS, at no extra cost
  • EU hosting and GDPR tools: Servers in Germany, data export and deletion per person, automatic anonymisation after 12 months
  • German and English: Widget, public pages and emails follow each project’s language

Business Model

  • One flat price per workspace, monthly or annual
  • Unlimited end users and feedback, every feature included
  • No pricing per tracked user or per board
  • Currently in early access; prices are announced at launch

Technical Implementation

  • Laravel and Filament admin, PostgreSQL, queues on Redis
  • GitHub App with webhooks and a nightly re-sync
  • Claude drafts changelog entries and suggests type, tags and title; personal data is masked before any text is sent, and AI can be switched off per project
  • Custom domains through a Caddy edge with on-demand TLS
  • Widget under 10 KB, no cookies, no trackers

Why It Matters

  • Users hear back: The people who asked are the first to know when it ships
  • Less busywork: The changelog writes its first draft from work that’s already done
  • Predictable cost: One price that doesn’t grow with your user count
  • Built on real use: It runs my own products first, starting with mitKai
